What makes our bakery special? We've traveled all over the country trying different gluten free bakeries and we've never found anything like what we make. Our bakery makes soft, moist, tender cookies and cakes, just like they should be. There are no dry, crumbly, weird textures here.
We don't use oats, or other flours that tend to be tough and dry. People who visit the farm and try our cookies and cakes have to keep asking, "are you SURE this is gluten free?"
